Oct 2 Commodore's Cup and Chili Supper Clubhouse and pavilion This is our annual lake-wide regatta and social function. It is always well attended by our fellow sailors on the lake. The chili is always great and the camaraderie special. Plan on attending our big event of the year. Remember: it is not necessary to race to enjoy a fine evening of chili and good times.
Don't forget to bring a dessert.
Hosted by Pam McBride & Virginia Shelton
Oct 3 General Membership Meeting and Election of Officers Clubhouse Experience intense debate with lengthy oratory. Actually, it's usually just an excuse to have doughnuts, drink coffee, and tell tales.
Oct 23 Halloween Party Clubhouse and pavilion Pumpkin carving, apple bobbing, costume contest - It will be a scary scene.
Hosted by The Schmidt Clan.
TBD Ladies Lunch and Men's Review TBD - Ladies
TBD - guys
Girls will be girls and boys will be boys. The ladies will lunch at a nice restaurant, while the gentlemen will gather at an establishment that is fun, but not usually as "tame".
Hosted by Thorsten & Ulli Schaette.
TBD - 2011 No-Boat Dinner TBD The "year-end" event (which is ironic, because it's in the next year), is a get-together for the entire club, where we actually wear something other than swimsuits (possibly, depending on the theme).
LIke all club events, there is always fun to be had. Invitations will be mailed to each member.
Hosted by Thorsten & Ulli  Schaette.
